- Versatile small, WATERPROOF digital display thermometer with loads of possibilities.
- It is suitable to be used to display the temperature in a fridge or freezer but also for use in a dishwasher - to enable the user to record the maximum temperature attained during a wash & rinse cycle (to ensure that temperatures high enough to be considered sanitising are reached when chemical sanitisers are not in use).
